 Our mission has been to provide quality solar powered products to Park systems, farmers/ranchers, consumers, commercial and OEM customers. We will miss our valued customers.
The company was founded in 1979 by Architect Ralph E. Kiene. Later Ralph was joined by Richard V. Collins and then by William F. (Bill) Roush, who bought the company in 1993 and continues its operation today. Our original logo is the black and white sun and lightning bolt.
